Job summary

Teya is building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. We are seeking an Internal Operations Senior Associate to bridge frontline teams with Product and Engineering, diagnosing operational issues and designing scalable processes to improve efficiency and merchant experiences.

You will work across Customer Support, Sales, and ISA Support, focusing on reducing manual work and strengthening feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in operations such as Customer Support, Sales Support, or Logistics.
• Ability to identify patterns in tickets, complaints, or agent feedback and summarize them succinctly.
• Comfort with ticketing systems and structured workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between frontline teams (Customer Support, Sales, and ISA Support) and Product/Engineering to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring pain points and categorize them for resolution across teams.
• Design scalable processes and automations to reduce manual work and strengthen feedback loops across product verticals.
• Improve user experiences for merchants interacting with our platforms.
