Job Title: Operations Manager

VANRATH is assisting with the recruitment of a Operations Manager for a major multi-billion pound company operating globally in the Energy Sector.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Belfast (North Belfast).

Salary: Negotiable + Bonus + Vehicle & Benefits + Growth Opportunities (Progression)

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership within the construction business, overseeing multiple projects or operational areas to ensure timely, within-budget delivery of high-quality work adhering to safety standards.
• Manage site teams, coordinate with commercial and technical departments, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a senior operational role within the UK construction sector (residential, commercial, or social housing preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading multi-site teams.
• Deep knowledge of UK building regulations, health & safety legislation, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
