Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation, seeks a Senior Operations Manager - Results & Recognition to lead a critical operational function within the global IELTS network.

You will drive regulatory compliance, quality and continuous improvement, manage a dedicated Results & Recognition team, and ensure secure, timely release of IELTS results in collaboration with IELTS partners and the Centralised Security team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a global, cross-functional operations team.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Proven ability to implement policies and SOPs across large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Results & Recognition team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the accurate and timely release of IELTS results in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure policies, documentation, and SOPs are up to date, consistent and aligned with best practice.
• Drive process improvement to keep operations lean, efficient and quality-focused.
• Collaborate with IELTS partners and Centralised Security to raise, investigate and resolve security-related cases.
• Manage global data and records for organisations recognising IELTS results.
• Collaborate with partner Stakeholder Teams to enhance recognition management policies and processes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for results management and recognition governance.
• Provide insights and operational expertise to support IELTS integrity and reputation.
