Job summary

Howco, supported by Elevation Recruitment Group, is seeking an accomplished Operations Manager in Sheffield to assume full accountability for site performance across goods in, despatch, sawing, machining, heat treatment, testing and quality control.

The role reports to the Regional Director and requires delivering operational excellence, leading from the front, and mentoring high-potential teams in a multi-stage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Senior Operations Manager experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across end-to-end order-to-despatch.
