Job summary

Fire Doors Rite in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our fire door installation and maintenance projects across the country. You will oversee three Project Managers, coordinate an Estimator and an Operations Coordinator, and report to the Managing Director to drive growth while maintaining quality.

This role involves planning multiple projects, managing costs and compliance, and building programs for future work from Scotland to the South Coast.

Qualifications

• Strong background in fire door operations and multi-site project delivery.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects across locations.
• Knowledge of compliance and safety requirements for fire doors.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in delivery of fire door installation, maintenance and remedial projects from order to handover.
• Build programmes of work and align labour, materials and access.
• Resolve issues early and keep customers informed when plans change.
