Job summary

Bite Talent is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a growing Ireland-wide restaurant portfolio. You will lead multi-site operations, coach General Managers, and drive profitability while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, develop leaders, and partner with the property team on new openings and expansion plans. Ireland-based, senior role with strong influence.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-site restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Proven track record in developing General Managers.
• Understanding of restaurant P&Ls and the commercial drivers behind a successful operation.
• Ability to balance guest experience, people engagement and profitability.
• Experience supporting restaurant openings or expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of a growing group of restaurants across Ireland.
• Coach, develop and inspire General Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive a strong performance culture based on accountability, energy and trust.
• Own commercial performance and identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability.
• Use data and insight while staying connected to on-floor realities.
• Develop succession plans and future leaders.
• Collaborate with property and project teams on new openings.
