Job summary

Bite Talent is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of Ireland‑based restaurants. You will coach General Managers, drive guest experience, and manage operations with a data‑driven approach.

You will lead with confidence, maintain hands-on involvement where needed, and focus on sustainable performance by developing teams and embedding a strong culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-site restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop General Managers and leaders.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L and commercial drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance of a growing group of restaurants across Ireland.
• Coach and support General Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive a strong performance culture focused on accountability and trust.
