Bite Talent is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a growing group of Ireland-based restaurants. You will shape operations, coach General Managers, and drive guest experience while building robust teams.

You will balance on-floor leadership with strategic controls, using data to boost sales and profitability. This senior role offers autonomy and a strong pathway for expansion across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-site restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Proven track record in developing General Managers.
• Understanding of restaurant P&Ls and commercial drivers.
• Ability to balance guest experience with profitability and people engagement.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, growing business and coaching teams.
