Advanced Electricity Networks is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end ICP project delivery from design approval through energisation at our Braintree, Essex base. The role blends hands-on leadership with SAP-enabled processes, ensuring safety, compliance and timely network energisation in a growing start-up environment.

• Experience managing end-to-end delivery of ICP projects.

Responsibilities

• ICP Project Adoption: Manage the efficient adoption and delivery of ICP projects through to energisation in line with AEN standards.
• Health & Safety: Lead and enforce a strong health and safety culture, ensuring full statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Right to Make Live: Oversee the RTML process to ensure safe, compliant, and timely network connections.
• Fault Management: Manage fault response and restoration to maintain network reliability and customer confidence.
• Operational Compliance: Ensure all operations meet licence, technical, and accreditation requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively with ICPs, contractors, DNOs, and internal teams to drive performance.
