A high performing, award-winning, global Hedge Fund is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst based in London.

The successful candidate will be the most senior analyst on the team, leading Business As Usual (BAU) activities for the firm’s main strategy. They will serve as the primary contact for the investment team, including industry-leading portfolio managers and traders. Since most back-office and operations tasks are outsourced, the role involves significant oversight and analytical responsibilities, managing relationships with external service providers.

Project work is a key component of this role. The analyst will have opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python to participate in major buildout initiatives. Additionally, they will project manage junior staff on existing projects.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, investment banking, or proprietary trading operations. Strong academic background and technical skills are essential.

The role offers a salary range of £85,000 to £115,000 with a potential 50% bonus for top performers. The firm will fully subsidize industry qualifications, and amenities such as breakfast, lunch, and gym membership are provided.
