A high performing, award-winning, global Hedge Fund is hiring a London-based senior operations analyst.

The successful candidate will be the most senior analyst on the team, leading BAU operations for the firm’s main strategy. They will serve as the primary contact for the investment team, including industry-leading PMs and traders. Since most back-office and operations tasks are outsourced, the role involves highly analytical and oversight responsibilities, managing relationships with external service providers.

Project work is a significant component of the role. The candidate will have opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python to participate in major buildout initiatives. Additionally, they will project manage junior staff on existing projects.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, investment banking, or proprietary trading operations. Strong academic background and technical skills are essential.
