A high performing, award-winning, global hedge fund is hiring a London-based senior operations analyst.

As the most senior analyst on the team, the hire will lead BAU for the firm’s main strategy. The candidate will be the main point of contact for the investment team, including industry-leading PMs and traders. Since most back-office and operations tasks are outsourced, the role involves highly analytical and oversight responsibilities, managing relationships with multiple external service providers.

Project work is prominent; the hire will have opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python to participate in major buildout initiatives. Additionally, they will project manage junior staff on existing projects.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, investment banking, or proprietary trading operations. Strong academic background and technical skills are essential.

The role offers a salary range of £85,000 to £115,000 with a potential 50% bonus for top performers. The firm will fully subsidise industry qualifications, and benefits include breakfast, lunch, and gym membership.
