A high performing, award-winning, global Hedge Fund is hiring a senior operations analyst based in Nottingham.

The successful candidate will be the most senior analyst on the team, leading business-as-usual (BAU) activities for the firm’s main strategy. They will serve as the primary contact for the investment team, including industry-leading portfolio managers and traders. Since most back-office and operations tasks are outsourced, the role involves highly analytical oversight and managing relationships with external service providers.

Project work is significant; the analyst will have opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python to participate in major buildout initiatives. Additionally, they will project manage junior staff on existing projects.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, investment banking, or proprietary trading operations. Strong academic background and technical skills are essential.
