A high performing, award-winning, global hedge fund is hiring a London-based senior operations analyst.

The successful candidate will be the most senior analyst on the team, leading BAU for the firm’s main strategy. They will serve as the primary contact for the investment team, which includes industry-leading PMs and traders. Since most back-office and operations tasks are outsourced, the role involves highly analytical and oversight responsibilities, managing relationships with multiple external service providers.

Project work is significant; the candidate will have opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python to participate in major buildout initiatives. Additionally, they will project manage junior team members on existing projects.

Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, investment banking, or proprietary trading operations. Strong academic background and technical skills are essential.
