Qualifications

• Experience managing operational risk in financial services or payments sectors.
• Familiar with risk and control frameworks and incident management.
• Experience preparing governance papers and MI for audit/regulatory reviews.
• Ability to analyse issues, assess controls and track remediation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational risk processes, registers and control assessments across payment services and business areas.
• Review risk events, control gaps and action plans with follow-up to closure.
• Prepare concise risk reports, dashboards and governance papers for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse incidents, near misses and emerging risks, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate across the business to keep risk assessments and policies current.
