Job summary

Epergne Solutions seeks a Senior Onsite IT Support Engineer to deliver end-to-end endpoint support across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. You will provide VIP-level assistance and handle real-time escalations.

The role includes AV/meeting room tech, depot services, onboarding/offboarding, AD provisioning, and ServiceNow case management in a dynamic environment. 8–10 years' experience and ITIL familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

8-10 years hands-on onsite IT support or end-user computing experience.
Strong expertise with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android platforms.
Knowledge of networking, AV systems and VoIP technologies.
Familiarity with IT asset management, ITIL practices and frameworks.

Responsibilities

Provide full-scope IMAC support for endpoints and peripherals.
Setup, configure, diagnose, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Deliver VIP-level support for executive users and handle escalations.
Maintain AV/conference room technologies and resolve urgent issues.
Manage depot services including imaging, inventory tagging, shipping, and asset lifecycle.
Onboard and offboard users across Active Directory and identity platforms.
Use ServiceNow for incident management, SLA tracking, and documentation.
Support patch cycles, software deployments, and endpoint security updates.
