Job summary

Arc Systems is seeking an experienced Onsite Client Engineer to be the embedded IT presence for a key multi-site client account across South East UK and beyond. You will handle day-to-day onsite and remote support, manage the mobile/telephony estate, and supervise Microsoft 365/Intune environments, SQL workloads, and security reporting.

You’ll replace a well-regarded engineer with a structured handover, travelling across sites and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering

Qualifications

• 2nd/3rd line MSP experience required.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration including Entra ID, Intune, CA and SSO.
• Proven end-user hardware and peripherals troubleshooting skills.
• Solid networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP) and firewall experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and ability to diagnose performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite & remote end-user support across multiple client sites.
• Own onboarding/offboarding processes and asset management workflows.
• Manage mobile and telephony estates, configure PBX tenants and liaise with providers.
• Configure MDM via Intune and Apple Business Manager; enforce Conditional Access policies.
• Support SQL workloads, deployments, and data transfer tasks for acquisitions.
