Job summary

proAV is seeking a Senior AV Technician to lead day-to-day AV service at a key client site in Birmingham. You will be the sole onsite technician and main client representative, combining hands-on support with meeting and event delivery, proactive room checks and coordination of specialist teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in corporate AV, strong fault-finding skills, and experience with Teams Rooms, UC and hybrid/broadcast environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a corporate AV support environment.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting in AV systems.
• Experience supporting Teams Rooms, UC and common AV tech.

Responsibilities

• Act as onsite representative and first contact for AV matters.
• Provide first/second line support for AV/UC estate.
• Support meetings, hybrid events, livestreams and broadcasts.
