Job summary

Oceaneering International Inc. is seeking a Project Delivery professional to safely and efficiently lead onshore project execution within the Integrity Management and Digital Solutions team.

You will manage resources, engage with clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, experience in the oil and gas sector, and hands-on budgeting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Leads project teams and ensures delivery across scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience in oil and gas lifting equipment or related sectors.
• LEEA Foundation qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Ability to supervise multi-disciplined professionals and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Focal point for delivery of designated projects.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and resources per contract requirements.
• Ensure qualified personnel are assigned and trained for projects.
• Support recruitment and assessment of permanent and temporary staff.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders; attend meetings.
• Identify risks and integrity issues and address them.
• Provide operational support to project teams and inspectors.
• Manage project financial performance including invoicing and cost control.
• Support tender preparation, CTRs, budgets, and monthly reports.
• Assist business development through client engagement.
