Job summary

Rebellion, an independent game developer with studios in Oxford and Warwick, seeks a back-end Senior Online Developer to build and support internal and external web APIs for our game engine teams.

You will own backend APIs, deploy tools, and collaborate with other teams while leveraging serverless functions and cloud services. Relocation support is provided for candidates joining our UK studios.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with NodeJS, Javascript and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of front end frameworks like Vue and React.
• Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud environments.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git or Perforce.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy web applications to support our in-house engine team.
• Maintain and improve existing tools.
• Develop integrations with third party APIs.
• Support our application deployments.
• Communicate with other teams.
