The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester is recruiting a Senior Pharmacy Technician to support clinical trials in oncology. You will help manage dispensing, checking and regulatory compliance while developing your skills in an accredited checking role, contributing to high‑quality care for cancer patients.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ Level 3/BTEC in Pharmacy Services and be able to work as an accredited checking technician.
• Experience in clinical trials dispensing, checking, and regulatory compliance is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Support safe set-up and delivery of clinical trials including dispensing, checking, storage and returns.
• Provide technical expertise in managing clinical trial medicines within GMP/GDP and research governance.
• Support Lead Technician and pharmacist with service delivery, audits and MHRA inspections.
