Job summary

Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to integrate scientific expertise with medical strategies across oncology, urology, women's health, and CNS.

This role will be responsible for building relationships with key opinion leaders and regional clinicians to support the company’s marketed and emerging portfolio. This position covers Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware, and West Virginia with travel >50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred; relevant MSL experience also considered.
• 5+ years of scientific or clinical experience in Oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage Oncology thought leaders and HCPs.
• Serve as primary scientific contact and build long-term relationships.
• Exchange scientific information relevant to development portfolio.
• Educate priority HCPs on research initiatives and strategies.
• Gather medical insights to inform clinical and marketing plans.
• Represent the company at Oncology conferences and meetings.
