Qualifications

• Provide evidence based nutritional care to patients with cancer across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Deliver specialist dietetic management for complex oncology patients, including advice following oesophageal and gastroduodenal stent insertion, optimization of pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy, symptom management, oral nutritional support and enteral tube feeding.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Prioritize and manage a varied caseload of complex patients.
• Deliver education and support to patients, carers and healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and support junior staff, students and assistants as required.
• Contribute to service development, audit, quality improvement and clinical governance activities.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and data collection.
