Job summary

Zenoti is seeking a bilingual Implementation Specialist (French and English) to support our customers in adopting and optimizing our cloud-based platform. You will guide businesses through the implementation process from technical setup to training, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.

As a product expert, you will configure workflows, lead demos and trainings, and collaborate with internal teams to improve features and integrations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• 4 to 8 years of experience in enterprise software implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud solutions, and data migration.
• Proven experience deploying software at scale with enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client training skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and design tailored solutions using Zenoti.
• Lead product demos, training sessions, and solution reviews with a strong business impact.

• Anticipate risks and ensure smooth project rollouts.
