• Develop and review employer requirements, specs and telecom design basis.
• Manage subconsultants to meet HSSE and quality standards.
• Coordinate telecom design across all work packages and interfaces.
• Evaluate design options for performance, resilience, security and cost.
• Develop project-wide fibre optic and IP network designs; coordinate with SCADA and other systems.
