Job summary

Bilfinger UK seeks two Senior Flotel Representatives to lead a major offshore Flotel Campaign from planning through offshore delivery. One role combines onshore prep with six months offshore execution; the other is a back-to-back six-month offshore duration with onshore prep beforehand.

You will act as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective execution of Bilfinger campaign activities and coordination with offshore and onshore teams.

Qualifications

• Significant offshore supervisory/management experience.
• Experience supporting/offshore Flotel/Barge campaigns.
• Understanding of scaffold, Fabric Maintenance and Industrial Cleaning activities.
• Ability to interface with contractors and clients, and lead multi-discipline offshore environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, driving safety and performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive an overall positive safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Lead and oversee all activities associated with the Flotel Campaign.
• Act as primary interface between client, offshore and onshore teams.
• Provide leadership to Offshore FM & Scaffold Supervisors for high performance.
• Directly manage and coordinate the project through Offshore FM & Scaffold Supervisors.
• Conduct regular worksite monitoring, audits and supervisor observations.
• Monitor campaign progress and risks, drive continuous improvement.
• Produce regular progress and performance updates.
• Promote high standard of workmanship and drive plan attainment.
• Support onshore planning, logistics, work packs and job carding for offshore readiness.

We are seeking two experienced Senior Flotel Representative to provide leadership and oversight for a major offshore Flotel Campaign. The successful candidate will act as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective execution of all Bilfinger campaign activities from planning through offshore delivery.

There are two positions; one position will be split between onshore preparation and planning and 6 months offshore execution, offering a unique opportunity to lead a critical campaign from inception to completion. The second position will be the back to back for a 6 month offshore duration, required onshore before campaign commencement.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive an overall positive safety culture; ensure compliance with all HSE requirements, procedures and company & client expectations & lead by example with EOBs card submissions.
• Lead and oversee all activities associated with the Flotel Campaign
• Part of the offshore leadership team, act as primary interface between client, offshore and onshore teams and campaign stakeholders
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to Offshore FM & Scaffold Supervisors to ensure high levels of successful behaviours throughout
• Directly manage and coordinate the project through Offshore FM & Scaffold Supervisors
• Conduct regular worksite monitoring activities; walkarounds, audits, supervisor observation check sheets
• Monitor campaign progress and risks and drive continuous improvement
• Produce and deliver regular progress and performance updates
• Promote high standard of workmanship from the team
• Drive plan attainment, execution of plans, FM & Scaffold priorities and resource management; ensuring productivity targets are achieved
• Champion a culture of accountability; identifying performance and behavioural gaps, taking corrective action through HR processes and leadership, ensuring personnel meet Bilfinger, client, and project expectations.
• Onshore role - Support planning, logistics, work packs & job carding and offshore execution readiness activities.

Experience & Qualifications

• Significant offshore experience in a supervisory or management role
• Previous experience supporting or managing offshore Flotel/Barge/W2W campaigns
• Strong understanding of scaffold, Fabric Maintenance and Industrial Cleaning activities.
• A good understanding of construction activities for interfacing with contractors and client.
• Demonstrate leadership capability in multi-discipline offshore environments.
• Assertive and confident
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven commitment to safety leadership
• Broad knowledge of offshore safety systems and procedures.
• Experienced in planning and importance of plan attainment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience in GDi and Navis Works desirable
• OGUK Medical, BOSIET / FOET, MIST and CA EBS qualified
