Job summary

Muslim Aid is seeking a Supporter Relations Regular Giving Senior Officer to own and grow the regular giving portfolio, driving year-round income and lifetime value. You will lead onboarding, welcome, and gift-aid processes while managing Direct Debit operations and ensuring high donor satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 years in regular giving or donor care, strong relationship-building and English proficiency, and advanced Excel for reporting. This is a remote role within Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification or experience in supporter care.
• Formal fundraising, customer service, or data protection training.
• Minimum 3 years in regular giving, donor care or subscription management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; fluent English.
• Advanced Excel reporting, analysis, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full supporter journey to recruit and retain regular givers.
• Manage Direct Debit and recurring payments; monitor payment health.
• Design and run annual regular giving plans with targets.
• Create welcome journeys across channels and conduct thank-you calls.
• Oversee CRM accuracy, compliance, and data protection standards.
• Support child sponsorship lifecycle and donor reactivation campaigns.
