Job Summary

The Senior Officer supports the Wealth Management Europe (WME) Governance Framework, working closely with the committees’ secretary. Responsibilities include preparing agendas, minutes, managing reporting, and supporting governance activities.

What will you do?

  • Support the committee secretary for various committees.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of meetings, agendas, minutes, and action logs.
  • Establish reporting standards and ensure escalations and actions are completed.
  • Respond to governance inquiries and source solutions for protocol issues.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects requiring governance support.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Company secretarial or legal experience in financial services.
  • Experience in governance committee administration.
  • Strong computer and MS Office skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Legal qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting European entities, especially Jersey, Ireland, UK.
  • Qualified Company Secretary experience.
