Do you have the skills to work and lead in Surgery + Critical Care setting? We seek a senior OT who can support the continued provision of high quality, patient-centred therapy service adhering to evidence-based practice to cover a maternity period.

The Therapy Department benefits from an integrated approach to OT and Physiotherapy management, providing clear OT-specific professional leadership. There is a strong commitment to staff training and development.
Whipps Cross Hospital is a District General hospital with 17 beds in Critical Care. The surgical wards admit general surgery and gynaecological caseloads, with occasional orthopaedic outliers.
To provide a high standard occupational therapy service to patients in the surgery team.
To coordinate occupational therapy staff working in these areas.
