Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advanced assessment, planning and delivery of rehabilitation programmes in offender healthcare.
• Determine clinical diagnosis and treatment with contemporaneous records as autonomous practitioner.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team and develop service improvements.
