Qualifikationen

• OT degree or diploma required.
• HCPC registration mandatory.
• Experience supervising students/junior staff within 12 months preferred.
• Minimum 18 months experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Aufgaben

• Provide a comprehensive OT service in specialist areas following Trust policies.
• Prioritise and deliver service within resource constraints with clinical excellence.
• Lead and supervise junior staff and students; mentor and supervise placements.
• Collaborate with MDT to support discharge planning and patient independence.
• Deliver home visits and ensure evidence-based practice across sites as needed.
• Be flexible to rostering and extended hours within 8am–8pm service needs.
