Job summary

Join Potters Bar Clinic as an Advanced OT Practitioner and lead Occupational Therapy across CYPMHS and Adult Services, shaping care and recovery pathways for young people and adults with acute mental health needs.

You will supervise OTs, OTAs and students, oversee assessments, and deliver individual and group interventions with a focus on independence and meaningful recovery, in a 24-hour care setting near Potters Bar.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy with RCOT membership and HCPC registration.
• Experience in CAMHS or Mental Health/PD services (min 3 years, incl. 1 year in specialist CAMHS).
• Ability to use psychometrics and risk assessment tools to inform care plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Occupational Therapy services across CYPMHS and Adult Services.
• Lead delivery of individual and group interventions and oversee assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide leadership, supervision and support to OT staff and students.
