Job summary

Potters Bar Clinic, part of Elysium Healthcare, is recruiting an Advanced OT Practitioner to lead Occupational Therapy across CYPMHS and Adult Services. You will manage and develop the OT service, using evidence-based, person-centred approaches to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions that promote independence and recovery.

You will supervise OT staff and students, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to service development of living skills, education, leisure

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy with RCOT membership and HCPC registration.
• At least 3 years' experience including 1 year in CAMHS/MH services.
• Ability to use psychometric and risk assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Occupational Therapy service across CYPMHS and Adult Services.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions to promote independence and recovery.
