Job summary

Exemplar Health Care in the North West is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead a clinical team across four complex care services. You’ll manage a varied caseload and deliver high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy to empower residents to maximise independence.

HCPC registration with a BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy is required. You’ll supervise Junior Therapists or Therapy Assistants and collaborate with the Therapy Team to ensure best practices and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered with a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience supervising or leading therapy staff is essential.
• Strong assessment and intervention skills across a range of complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a clinical caseload across multiple services.
• Lead and supervise Junior Therapists or Therapy Assistants.
• Deliver evidence-based, person-centred OT interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
• Collaborate with the Therapy Team to optimise outcomes.
