Job summary

Active Care Group in Lincoln is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join The Laurels on a full-time basis. You will manage a defined caseload, undertake specialist assessments, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support neurorehabilitation goals.

HCPC registration is required; experience in neurological rehabilitation and interest in FND are desirable. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to clinical development within a specialist rehabilitation setting.

• HCPC registration with current license.
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined caseload with comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
• Develop, implement and review individualised treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, person-centred interventions for neurorehabilitation (FND/ABI/other complex needs).
• Collaborate with the MDT to plan holistic care and improve practice.
• Provide supervision and support to junior colleagues.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Laurels in Lincoln on a full-time basis.This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with experience in neurological rehabilitation and either previous experience, knowledge or a keen interest in Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation.You will manage a defined caseload, undertaking specialist assessments, developing individualised treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions to support individuals in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
