Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to deliver high-quality occupational health services across the North West, with a focus on Preston. This permanent, site-based role involves case management, health surveillance, screening and health promotion to support safe, healthy and productive workplaces.

You'll join a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and work closely with clients, employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration and occupational health qualification.
• Experience in case management, health surveillance, screening and health promotion.
• Strong organisational, IT skills and ability to work collaboratively while leading by example.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, fitness for work decisions and absence management guidance.
• Deliver occupational health surveillance including audiometry and spirometry.
• Promote employee health and wellbeing through education and health programmes.
• Communicate effectively with employees, managers and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, clinical standards, and confidentiality requirements.
