Job summary

Optima Health is seeking a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to lead the delivery of Occupational Health Services on the EKFB contract. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate health screenings, and liaise with managers to ensure safe, high-quality OH delivery across client sites.

Travel is required to cover for leave and absence while minimising downtime. You will use our systems and have strong IT skills; you will ensure confidentiality and data protection in all activities and

Qualifications

• NMC registered PIN with no restrictions.
• OH BSc degree (part-time) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering health screening to clients in a similar sector.
• Ability to manage client communication effectively.
• Highly organised and process-driven with good IT literacy.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• 12 months UK-based work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead health screening and surveillance in line with client standards.
• Manage referrals and supervise clinical team.
• Prepare and deliver training materials for client requirements.
• Attend and participate at PAM OH events.
• Ensure data is uploaded to OHIO and maintain data protection.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
