Senior Occupational Health Advisor - In-House - Site Based/Hybrid

Location: Hertfordshire

Employment Type: Full Permanent

Our client is seeking a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to work at their site in Hertfordshire with a combination of on-site and remote work.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing a variety of medicals and case management tasks.
2. Working as part of a multidisciplinary in-house team, managing your own caseload and taking on lead responsibilities.
3. Performing duties such as:

• Case Management (approximately 4 cases per day)
• Complex Case Management
• Return to Work assessments
• Sickness Absence management
• Health Surveillance
• Assessing Fitness to Work
