Radiant in Greater London is seeking a Senior/Principal Product Manager for Observability to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the platform and customer telemetry. You will define metrics, dashboards, and APIs to make system behaviour observable and diagnosable, working with engineering, SRE, and customers to ship high‑quality monitoring capabilities.

You will lead cross‑functional efforts to balance visibility, performance, and cost while guiding the product from discovery through launch

Qualificações

• Experience owning technical products, observability platforms, or SRE tooling.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts and cloud infra.
• Fluency across instrumentation, telemetry pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Familiar with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and related tools.
• Excellent prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for observability products.
• Define experience across metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards, and service health.
• Productise telemetry across compute, GPUs, networking, storage, Kubernetes, and platform services.
• Translate customer and operational needs into product requirements, APIs, workflows, and priorities.
• Partner with engineering and SRE on instrumentation, telemetry pipelines, retention, alerting, and observability architecture.
• Improve troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and incident response through better visibility and diagnostics.
• Define capabilities for customer‑facing monitoring, usage visibility, performance insights, and service health.
• Drive integrations with APIs, SDKs, web console, support tooling, and platform services.
• Define success metrics across coverage, reliability, time‑to‑diagnosis, alert quality, adoption, and platform performance.
