Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Master's degree in nursing, healthcare leadership, service transformation, or equivalent.
- Evidence of advanced leadership and management development.
- CPD relevant to strategic clinical leadership and workforce transformation.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior clinical leadership across Estates and Capital portfolio.
- Contribute to strategic estate planning and workforce transformation.
- Ensure clinical strategy informs capital investment decisions.
- Lead clinical workforce transformation for major developments.
- Involve nursing, midwifery, AHP in design and estate decisions.
- Provide clinical assurance through design, refurbishment, and opening.
- Lead the clinical component of readiness and mobilisation.
