Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. in Epsom is seeking a Senior Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, ensuring educational strategies are integrated across the centre.

You will inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning, while adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of children. You will mentor Room Leaders, oversee safeguarding and wellbeing, and build strong relationships with parents.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory/leadership experience, ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee educational strategies across multiple rooms and ensure consistency.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, tailoring the curriculum to diverse needs.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders to maintain a high-performing team.
• Oversee safeguarding and wellbeing of children, adapting support for additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and keep them informed of development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
