Job Summary

Are you a Senior Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees Gloucester Denmark Road Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. You may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and advance your career!

This is a maternity cover contract from August to March.

Responsibilities as a Senior Room Leader:

• Be the 3rd in charge at the nursery, working closely with management
• As a keyworker, meet each child's needs, including supporting SEND/ASL needs
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children, supporting staff development
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements, while guiding and coaching staff
• Most importantly, have fun!

Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
