Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at Oxford Rockwell is proud to hold an Ofsted rating of 'Good'. We are seeking a Senior Room Manager to join our warm and friendly team and help us give children the best start in life.

This purpose-built nursery is located close to the town centre, next to the Ford garage, formerly St Andrew’s Preparatory School.

Role Expectations

As a Nursery Nurse/Educator, you will:

• Ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children, aligned with EYFS
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements
• Most importantly, have fun!
