Job Summary

Are you a qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a maternity cover for 9 months from October, full-time at our Busy Bees Twickenham Teddington.

As a Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modeling your knowledge and best practices. In this role, you may wish to enroll in a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially gain a promotion!

Key responsibilities as a Nursery Room Leader:

• Ensuring each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Ownership of observation, assessment, and planning for key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps, and supporting staff.
• Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements while managing your team.
• Having fun!

Qualifications and experience required:

Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
