Are you a Senior Nursery Room Leader? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees Leamington Spa Nursery.

Due to demand for our beautiful and outstanding nursery, we are looking for passionate Senior Room Leaders to join our team. You will guide and support the team by role modeling your knowledge and best practice. In this role, you may wish to enroll in a Management Qualification with our very own in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially gain a promotion!

Some of the things you will do as a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees:

• To be the 3rd in charge at the nursery, working closely with the nursery management team.
• As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps, and supporting the staff team.
• Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements whilst guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners.
• And most of all… have FUN!

To apply for a qualified role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
