Job Summary

Are you a Senior Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees High Wycombe Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. You may also wish to enrol in a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and progress your career!

Key responsibilities:

• Be the 3rd in charge at the nursery, working closely with the management team
• Support individual children's needs as a keyworker, including SEND/ASL needs
• Manage observation, assessment, and planning for your key children following EYFS guidelines
• Encourage children's development and achievements, and support staff development
• Have fun!

Qualifications:

Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner are required.
