Busy Bees is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader for its Bristol Portishead centre in the UK. You will oversee multiple rooms, lead the team, and ensure the Bee Curious curriculum is delivered consistently across the setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader:

Required Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
