Job summary

Busy Bees Warwick Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children in our care. You will contribute to a safe, stimulating environment and work within our EYFS framework.

You will plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, build strong relationships with families as the designated Key Person, and participate in ongoing professional development and career progression within Busy Bees’ supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to apply child development knowledge to plan activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment and prepare materials to encourage learning.
• Lead educational activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Act as Key Person, supporting families and children's development.
