Job summary

Marylebone Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner for a role in Bermondsey. You will support the Room Leader, plan and deliver learning activities, and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.

The role is 34 hours per week (Mon-Thu 7:45am–3:00pm, Fri 7:45am–3:30pm). Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• EYFS knowledge and understanding of early years development.
• Experience leading nursery activities and mentoring junior staff.
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Support the Room Leader in leading the nursery team to provide outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and deliver activities that support children’s learning and development.
• Act as a Key Person and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure the environment remains safe, welcoming, and compliant with health and safety standards.
