YMCA Black Country Group in West Bromwich is seeking a Level 3 qualified Third in Charge (Senior Nursery Practitioner) to create a warm, welcoming environment for children aged 6 months to 5 years and their families. You will lead your room daily, plan and implement the EYFS curriculum, support the childcare manager, and ensure high-quality care.

The role includes safeguarding, resource preparation, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualificações

• Level 3 childcare qualification required and EYFS knowledge.
• Experience leading a nursery room and supporting a manager.
• Commitment to safeguarding and positive family engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
• Lead room duties, care for sick children, prepare resources and keep the room clean.
• Lead daily in-room practice, model good standards, and work with managers to ensure best practices.
